About Me
I am a technology developer, innovation and incubation manager, startup mentor and a co-founder of two medical implant startups.
One of my inventions includes a breakthrough material for hip and knee joint replacement, which has been implanted in more than a million patients worldwide. The other invention is a technology for porous maxillo-facial implants, implanted in thousands of patients in India and abroad.
Several teams have won National awards for technology development, intellectual property management and business incubation under my leadership. I hold a PhD from MIT USA and am a trained chemical engineer from IIT-Bombay (Distinguished Alumnus, 2022) along with being a Chevening Technology Enterprise Scholar in Cambridge, UK.
